To proceed with the filing of a French brand, we require
A reproduction of the sign to be deposited. (If this is a logo, it is necessary to provide copies of the logo not exceeding 8 cm x 8cm. If logo is in colour, we require colour copies. All the elements can be sent by email)
Correct name and address of the applicant
List of products and services to file with the classes. We can take care of compiling this list and the identification of classes???
If filing in France ???, we must provide the French office all information related to this trademark (country of first filing, date and number) at the time of filing. Within three months of filing in France, it is necessary to transmit to the Office a certified copy of the foreign filing and a translation.
Insofar as we are property counsel (ICC) ° officially authorized to ensure your representation at the INPI, we do not need power.
The trademark filing was published for opposition and advice to others about 6 weeks after filing.
Within two months of publication, some trademark owners may oppose prior to the filing.
The French office may issue formal objections against the deposit within four months of filing.
If no objections are filed and no objection raised, the deposit is recorded in the four-six months following the date of filing. The registration certificate is issued approximately 10-12 months after filing. No registration fee is payable in France.

In case of deposit made in priority of a foreign brand???, we must provide to theCommunity??? office all information related to the trademark(country of first filing, date and number) at the time of filing. At the time of filing or thereafter, it is necessary to transmit to the office a copy of the foreign filing certificate and a translation in the language of filing (usually French or English).
We do not need power to ensure your representation at the OHIM.
The filing is reviewed and published by the Community Office. Within three months of publication, the third owners of earlier rights to some opposition against the deposit???
